Every season starts the same way: a parent volunteers to coach, and within a week they're drowning in group texts, spreadsheet rosters, and "who's bringing snacks?" threads. The tools built for pro and college programs were never made for the U10 soccer parent giving up their Saturdays.

So we built Squadz.

Communication first

Scheduling and rosters matter, but the thing that actually breaks a season is communication. Squadz puts a team feed, direct messages, and email fallback in one place — so the urgent "field change, head to Field 4" message actually lands.

Free forever for coaches

We made a promise early on: a volunteer coach should never have to pay to organize their team. That hasn't changed, and it never will.
