The hardest part of any season is the first week. Here's how to get a team fully set up in Squadz before the questions start rolling in.

1. Create the team

Name it, pick your sport, and you're in. No setup wizard, no 12-step form.

2. Add a recurring practice

Set "Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6pm, through November" once. Squadz generates every occurrence and keeps them on the calendar.

3. Drop in your games
